Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

Replacement Policy

  • We are focused on providing genuine products always.
  • Customers can apply for replacement within 48 hours of delivery time.
  • Replacement will be provided in 7-8 working days.
  • Customers can request for replacement in any case of received different/damaged product, charger/cable malfunction.
  • Replacement will be done after verification of images and video if required.
  • Replacement can be processed only once per order. The warranty period is counted from the day of order.
  • Please ensure the correct model is ordered and used.

Return Policy

  • Customer can apply for return within 48 hours.
  • Once return approved return will be done in 3-4 working days.
  • Customers can opt to return any product only in case of the delivered product is damaged or different from the order placed.

Refund Policy

  • Customer can apply for refund within 48 hours.
  • Refund amount will be credited to customer account within 7-10 working days.
  • Customers will be refunded on cancellation of prepaid order before shipment.
  • If stocks are unavailable for any given order, then the customer will be refunded.
  • In case of prepaid order if the package is undelivered and has been returned to us due to a courier issue, then the customer will be refunded.
